Berkshire Bacon Wrapped Ribeye

Our 7 oz. Berkshire ribeye chops wrapped in bacon, are made to perfection. With Packages of 6 or 12, you are guaranteed to please a crowd. For the best outcome: Season with coarse salt, pepper, and fresh or granulated garlic. Sear both sides on a cast iron pan for about 45 seconds (twice) then place in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 325 degrees.
