- All products are perishable food items (primarily fresh and frozen premium meats).

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
- Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute (if applicable).
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which are added at checkout.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Payment is due in full at the time of order placement.
- Title to products passes to you upon full payment; risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship perishable products with temperature-controlled packaging and carriers experienced in food delivery.
- Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
- You must be available to receive delivery or arrange for safe receipt (including refrigeration/frozen storage immediately upon arrival).

- We are not liable for products that spoil due to improper storage after delivery or delivery issues outside our direct control.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for eligible issues. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
